Hi, I’m Laura. I started this blog back in 2011 to cover general fitness topics for my personal training clients. As it turned out it became more of a memoir. After an early miscarriage my husband and I were thrilled to be pregnant again. After a perfectly healthy pregnancy my daughter was unexpectedly stillborn at full term. Nine months later I conceived a son who is about to celebrate his 2nd birthday. It has been a long and winding road but through it all movement has been my saving grace.
