Hi, I’m Laura. I started this blog back in 2011 to cover general fitness topics for my personal training clients. In 2012 my husband and I decided to start a family so I began writing about pregnancy and fitness. Early in 2014 my daughter was stillborn at full term which led me to write about grief and fitness. Late in 2014 I conceived again and wrote about pregnancy after loss and fitness. After my son was born in 2015 I wrote about (you guessed it) fitness after c-section and being a mom to a rainbow baby.
